MAO Sports Management Limited is delighted to announce a new partnership with Dillion Development Centre (DDC) in Basingstoke, United Kingdom, following a successful football exchange programme that brought together young players from different cultural and sporting backgrounds.
The partnership follows a memorable exchange programme involving DDC and SABIS International School, facilitated by MAO Sports Management Limited.

As part of the programme, players from DDC and SABIS were integrated into mixed teams and participated in a friendly football tournament designed to promote development, interaction, teamwork and cultural exchange through the game.
The mixed-team format provided the young players with an opportunity to play alongside new teammates, experience different football environments and build friendships beyond their normal school and academy settings. At the conclusion of the tournament, players from both groups were recognised and awarded various trophies in appreciation of their participation, performances and contribution to the programme.

Beyond football, the coming together of DDC, SABIS International School and MAO Sports Management demonstrated the powerful role sport can play in breaking cultural barriers and bringing young people from different communities together. The players were able to interact, learn from one another and develop mutual respect through a shared passion for football.

MAO Sports Management Limited believes that international football exchange programmes are an important component of youth development, providing young players with valuable exposure to different cultures, coaching environments and football experiences while developing important social and personal skills.

The partnership with DDC therefore represents an important step towards establishing a long-term collaboration focused on youth football development, international exchanges, tournaments, coach development and other football-related opportunities between Kenya and the United Kingdom.

MAO Sports Management Limited sincerely appreciates Dillion Development Centre for the warm hospitality, organisation and commitment demonstrated throughout the exchange programme. We look forward to strengthening this partnership and creating more opportunities for young players and coaches from both countries.

Through football, we continue to develop talent, create global experiences and build bridges between communities.
