MAO Sports Management Limited is a Nairobi-based sports management and football development company. We design, coordinate and deliver practical solutions for athletes, coaches, schools, clubs, federations, corporate partners and development organisations across Africa and through international networks.

• Head Coach of the Kenya Women’s U-20 National Team (Harambee Starlets U-20)
• Assistant Coach of the Kenya Senior Women’s National Team (Harambee Starlets)
Her experience at the national team level strengthens our academy programs, especially in nurturing young female athletes and aligning them with elite development pathways.

A seasoned CAF A-licensed coach and former professional player, currently serving as a senior member of the technical bench at:
• Ulinzi Stars, a top-tier club in the Kenyan Premier League (KPL).
He brings invaluable experience in elite competition, tactical development, and high-performance structures.

A CAF B-licensed coach and prominent youth development specialist known for his structured approach to grassroots talent, life-skills integration, and player progression pathways.

Coach Rashid is a dedicated CAF C youth coach with a strong passion for grassroots football development. He has shown great commitment in training, guiding, and nurturing young players while helping them build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and love for the game.

Coach Everline is a committed CAF C football development practitioner with strong experience in grassroots and youth development, scouting, safeguarding in sports, and basic principles of football management. She serves as Team Manager for a local girls’ team and is also a member of the Leagues and Competitions Committee of the Nairobi East Branch, contributing positively to the growth and organisation of football at community level.

He has shown excellent commitment to nurturing talent, building confidence, and creating a positive learning environment for children to grow both technically and personally.

Coach Ferdinand is a dedicated CAF C youth coach with a strong passion for grassroots football development. He has shown great commitment in training, guiding, and nurturing young players while helping them build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and love for the game.

He also doubles up as an elite goalkeeper coach and currently works with the Kenya Women U20 National Team, contributing positively to player development, specialised goalkeeper training, and the growth of youth football

Coach Denis is a CAF C coach committed to grassroots and youth football with a strong experience in player development and community-based football programs. He also serves as a Program Trainer, Facilitator, and Moderator in leadership, performance, and disability inclusion programs, contributing positively to inclusive sports development and the empowerment of young people through football.
