MAO Sports Management Ltd Director Michael Amenga enjoyed memorable football moments alongside top football leadership and celebrated former African international players after the CAF Technical and Development Committee meeting in Cabo Verde.

The strategic meeting brought together key football stakeholders to deliberate on the future of African football, with particular emphasis on bridging the development gap between Africa and the world’s leading football nations.

Discussions focused on strengthening grassroots football, youth and talent development, coach education, technical structures, and long-term strategies to improve Africa’s competitiveness on the global stage.

Beyond the strategic discussions, the opportunity to share the beautiful game with African football legends and leaders demonstrated the unity, passion, and collective commitment towards developing football across the continent.

The ultimate ambition remains clear: to build a stronger football development system capable of producing an African nation that can one day lift the FIFA World Cup.

MAO Sports Management Ltd remains committed to contributing to this vision through technical development, coach education, talent identification, youth development programmes, and international football partnerships.

Africa has the talent, passion, and potential. With the right structures, leadership, and investment, the dream of winning the FIFA World Cup can become a reality.

Together, we can shape the future of African football.
