MAO Sports Management Director, Michael Amenga, who also serves as a CAF Expert, is currently undertaking a CAF B Coaching Licence Course inspection visit in Windhoek, Namibia.

The inspection is being conducted at the Namibia Member Association headquarters and forms part of CAF’s quality-assurance process for coach education programmes across its Member Associations.

During the visit, Mr Amenga is assessing the organisation and delivery of the course, including curriculum implementation, teaching methodology, practical sessions, participant engagement, assessment procedures and compliance with the CAF Coaching Convention requirements.

The inspection also provides an opportunity to engage with the Member Association’s technical leadership, course instructors and participants, while identifying good practices and areas requiring further development.

Through this assignment, Michael Amenga continues to contribute to the advancement of coach education, technical development and capacity-building within African football.
